The Compliance Senior Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of compliance frameworks. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to identify risks, implement compliance programs, and monitor adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures. Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Prepare and deliver compliance training to employees and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance-related issues. Prepare reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related role. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Professional certifications such as CRCM, CCEP, or similar are a plus. Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr w2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
