Accounting Manager

Compensation: $80k-$100K (DOE)

We are partnering with a fast-growing financial services organization seeking an Accounting Manager to join a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. • Lead and execute core accounting activities including month‑end close, reconciliations, and ensuring financial accuracy
• Oversee daily and monthly cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting
• Support investor reporting activities and movement of cash across multiple accounts and entities
• Prepare journal entries, schedules, and supporting documentation for financial reporting
• Assist with implementing and improving accounting processes, internal controls, and month‑end close procedures
• Support audit activities and work with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and help create scalable workflows
• Train and provide guidance to accounting support staff as needed
• Partner closely with leadership in a collaborative, hands‑on environment

• Financial services, fintech, private equity, investment, or other high‑volume transaction experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with GAAP and cash management
• Exposure to investor reporting or related financial reporting activities is a plus
• ERP system experience required
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
