DoPartner with the COO and Finance leadership to analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportuniti
es Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards focused on KPIs, operational trends, and financial outcom
es Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast, providing clear insights and recommendatio
ns Support monthly operating reporting and deliver insights for leadership and regional operato
rs Build financial models and forecasts to support planning and decision‑maki
ng Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including data gathering and model developme
