The RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, agile Senior Financial Analyst to drive insights and decision-making across our portfolio. You’ll thrive in this role if you love solving complex business puzzles, can distill data into clear direction, and know how to operate within a fast-paced, high-growth hospitality environment. This is more than spreadsheets—it’s strategy, storytelling, and leadership by numbers.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop and maintain financial models that support key strategic initiatives
- Analyze performance across a multi-brand, multi-state structure, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement
- Build detailed P&L forecasts, scenario planning tools, and ROI models for new store openings, menu innovations, and promotional activity
- Consolidate financials and business KPIs across multiple restaurant concepts and legal entities, working closely with Accounting
- Lead monthly business reviews and deliver clear, actionable insights to cross-functional teams
- Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes through 3 statement modeling
- Assist in capital planning, debt modeling, and financing support as the group continues to scale
- Develop and automate dashboards and tools that increase visibility and speed up decision-making
- Preparation of quarterly presentations to the board of directors
- Regular involvement in period-end close processes, as well as financial review and assistance in yearly audit
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations
- Strong fluency in financial modeling, forecasting, and building complex Excel models
- Experience navigating and simplifying complex org structures (franchises, multi-concept brands, or holding companies a plus)
- Excellent communication skills—you can make numbers make sense to non-financial audiences
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI) and ERP/financial systems (Oracle EPM, Hyperion Smart View, etc.)
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting to rapid change
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
