Senior Analyst Program Cost Controls; Onsite

Job Summary

Location:

Plano, Texas (US-TX-PLANO-465). Role:
Onsite. This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance with SSBI.

• Drive development of Estimate at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) deliverables, providing critical financial insight to program leadership.
• Report Earned Value (EV) & perform detailed EV analysis versus budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Own cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare various ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early warning of issues.
• Partner with functional disciplines (Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain).

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related discipline (or an advanced degree with less than 2 years of experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Understanding of Earned Value (EV) & Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued Top Secret clearance with SSBI and ability to obtain Special Access.
• U.S. citizenship.

• Good organizational, prioritization, analytical & problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with SAP, For Project, and PMX.
• Ability to plan tasks, provide results, & recommend solutions to management.
• Working knowledge of MRP.
• Experience in detailed program data analysis.

Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
