As a Private Client Advisor in Chase Wealth Management, you will provide comprehensive financial planning and advice to individuals and families, ranging from new savers to high‑net‑worth clients.

• Champion and support teammates’ success while fostering a culture of diversity.
• Build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions focused on relationship management rather than portfolio management.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and sound business judgement.
• Exhibit unwavering integrity at all opportunities.
• Educate clients on technology and channels available to monitor, maintain, and manage their investments.
• Provide a holistic view of clients’ financial needs and coaching beyond investments.
• Embrace digital innovations to increase clients’ digital confidence and enable them to bank when and how they want.

• At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship cultivation, and partnership integration.
• Demonstrated commitment to goals‑based planning and advice.
• Valid and active Series 7 license.
• Valid and active Series 66 (or 63/65) license required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role.
• Valid and active Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance license required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role.

• Certified Financial Planning (CFP) certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a base salary based on role, experience, skill set, and location. Eligible roles may receive commission‑based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation in cash or forfeitable equity.
