Purpose of RoleResponsible for financial reporting, planning, and analysis for the Company’s Portfolio Management business segment. Analyzes financial and portfolio performance by collecting, monitoring, and interpreting data. Develops forecasts, financial models, and business insights that support portfolio management, servicing strategy, capital markets, and executive decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations- Develops and maintains financial models used to forecast portfolio performance, servicing profitability and cash flows, and strategic initiatives.
- Partners with Portfolio Management, Servicing, Capital Markets, and Finance leaders to analyze portfolio performance and identify business opportunities and risks.
- Monitors key portfolio metrics and drivers, investigates variances, identifies trends, and provides recommendations to management.
- Supports annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for portfolio management and servicing‑related functions.
- Performs scenario, sensitivity, and trend analyses to evaluate portfolio financial performance under changing market and business conditions.
- Prepares executive reporting and presentations that communicate portfolio financial performance, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborates cross‑functionally to evaluate the financial impact of portfolio acquisitions, transfers, servicing initiatives, and capital deployment strategies.
- Identifies and implements process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency, data quality, and analytical capabilities.
- Builds out additional managerial reports as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QualificationsExperience/Skills/Competencies
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Mortgage Servicing Finance, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting mortgage servicing, portfolio management, capital markets, asset management, or related mortgage banking functions preferred.
- Understanding of mortgage servicing economics, portfolio performance drivers, loan runoff behavior, prepayment trends, or related portfolio analytics preferred.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with operational and executive stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning and forecasting applications preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $125,000, inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time‑off, flexible spending account, 401(k) with employer match, and ESPP.
