Position: Finance Manager (Onsite - Plano, TX)

  • Supervise and document financial reporting and analysis.
  • Participate in 3‑12 month rolling forecasting, month‑end closing, and various ad‑hoc financial and accounting duties.
  • Assist in non‑trade inter‑company transactions.
  • Lead/supervise 1‑2 junior level Finance professionals, focusing on coaching, coordination and delegation of operational work responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform 3‑12 month business forecasts, including comprehensive forecast of mobile devices’ sales quantities, wholesale prices, COGSs, overhead expenses, and changes in the business environment.
  • Perform month‑end closing from a managerial standpoint, using SAP Controlling (CO) module while closely monitoring revenue/COGS recognition and expense allocation of various profit segments and cost centers.
  • Prepare and provide various financial reports regularly and as needed to management.
  • Coordinate monthly inter‑company transaction activities and follow‑up requests to maintain a proper level of margin for HQ Support Division.
  • Perform other finance or administrative support projects and tasks assigned by financial management (e.g., royalty calculation, litigation‑related financial data support).
  • Under uncertain economic conditions, present appropriate materials for leadership decision‑making through precise profit and loss simulations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field and 5–6 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience.
  • Strong business acumen; understanding commercial terms and potential impact and risk across business units.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work across departments to resolve urgent issues.
  • Experience in business process review and analysis, including financial and operational analysis and audits.
  • Proficient with Excel. SAP or other ERP system experience is a plus.
