You will educate borrowers on CMS’ loss mitigation options to retain home ownership and avoid foreclosure, including loan modifications, repayment plans, forbearances, and reinstatements.
The role requires experience in collections or loss mitigation, NMLS licensing within six months, and knowledge of mortgage terms.
