We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and innovative CFO for a manufacturing company. This individual will play a crucial role in the financial decision‑making that drives the company’s overall strategy. As a CFO, you will oversee all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization, in conjunction with the Board of Directors and the senior executive team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced, growing organization and have a direct impact on its success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic financial planning, budget management, and financial analysis, combined with a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or related advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CFO role, specifically for a publicly traded manufacturing company.
- Proven experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) financial management systems.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
- Working knowledge of short and long‑term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product‑line profitability analysis.
- Strong problem‑solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.
