Agency Management Officer II

Responsibilities

• Participate in the pitch stage of syndicated deals.
• Lead transaction closing, coordinating all stakeholders.
• Manage the ongoing relationship through the life of the deal.
• Administer contractual provisions such as amendments, waivers, and consents.

• Minimum of two years experience with Syndicated Lending operations and process.
• Ability to coordinate and serve as point of contact in deal/amendment closing process.
• Strong communication skills; able to target messaging to different audiences.
• Ability to navigate the enterprise; research and resource information across the bank.
• Highly organized, proactive, able to plan, prioritize and manage deliverables.
• Strong ability to influence, negotiate and lead diverse groups to achieve desired results.
• Applies critical thinking to analyze, identify and deal with legal, business, reputation, and operational risk.
• Adapts well to a quickly evolving environment.
• Ability to influence well and negotiate skillfully.
• Commercial credit lending and portfolio management experience (desired).
• Knowledge of GCB (Global Corporate Bank)/GIB (Global Investment Bank) environment, organizational alignment, strategic priorities (desired).
• Minimum education:
  
  High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America);
Hours per week: 40.

Pay range: $79,600.00 – $ annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible; role eligible to participate in annual discretionary plan.
