You will partner with Legal, Risk, Audit, and business leaders to implement controls, manage regulatory changes, and oversee complaint handling and testing activities.
The role requires deep knowledge of RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, FCRA, and UDAAP, with a minimum of 5 years in mortgage compliance.
