You’ll oversee the full transaction lifecycle from intake to post-closing ,
guide team performance across every function ,
ensure accuracy and compliance, and work directly with ownership to refine systems, improve execution, and scale the operation.

* Compensation and Benefits:**

• On-target earnings: $80,000+
• Paid time off

Responsibilities

• Own escrow transactions end-to-end from contract to funding
• Support the full team across all functions
• Oversee deal flow across intake, escrow, and closing
• Maintain accurate accounting, reconciliation, and clean files
• Review title and resolve issues pre-closing
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness (TDI), and client relationships

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of escrow experience
• Strong knowledge of title, escrow, and full workflow (intake to post-closing)
• Familiar with Title Wave or Qualia (preferred)
• Able to handle a high volume of calls and file management
• Knowledge of audits (TDI) and fraud prevention
• Strong communication, client management, and team coordination

• Existing relationships with agents, lenders, or a book of business are a plus, but not required
