Junior Loan Officer

As a Customer Lending Representative (Junior Loan Officer), you ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real career development designed to prepare you for a successful future as a Loan Officer. The ideal candidate has prior experience in sales or customer service, is comfortable with high volume dialing, and is eager to learn about the mortgage industry.

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their mortgage inquiries.
• Pre-approve potential clients.
• Handle Email, Calls and Text Message campaigns to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using software.
• Pre-approve clients with a series of 5 questions.
• Collaborate with other bankers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record management.

• Previous experience in mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
• Good People Skills.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required .
• Proficiency with a computer and phone.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Hours:

• MWF 9am-6pm
• T/TH 9am-7pm

Compensation:

• Total yearly average On Target Earnings (OTE): $52k+
