Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Governance Risk Analyst (Plano or Charlotte) to join their team. As a Governance Risk Analyst (Plano or Charlotte), you will be part of the Global Technology Change Governance & Oversight team supporting internal control and operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Lead and execute global technology Change Control processes to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
Define controls, measure process performance, and report findings on a regular basis
Serve as a subject matter expert for Change processes, engaging with Risk, Audit, and external Regulators
Support change management deliverables, including issue/risk logs, status reports, and project documentation
Establish effective communication channels with team members and key stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations

What's Needed?

10+ years of overall experience, preferably within a banking or financial environment
5+ years of experience in Governance and Control within an IT department
Strong knowledge of risk management processes, tools, and routines

Experience with analysis and reporting using Excel, Pivot, Tableau, SQL, etc.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders
