Senior Financial Analyst

Stellus Rx LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to drive data-informed decisions in our mission-driven concierge pharmacy. In this role, you will own key forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, building robust financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, partnerships, and operational performance. You'll collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and technology leaders to translate business trends into clear insights and recommendations.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling skills, healthcare or related experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment focused on improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting cycles for key business units and enterprise-level financials.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, new partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
• Partner with clinical, operations, and technology leaders to translate business performance into actionable financial insights.
• Support cash flow, revenue, and margin analysis to inform resource allocation and investment decisions.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, opportunities, and impact of strategic choices.
• Improve FP&A processes, tools, and templates to support scale in a fast-growing organization.
• Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic and operational decisions.
