In this role, you’ll train to become an expert in the final stages of the mortgage process. You’ll learn how to:

• Review loan files and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Prepare and verify closing-related information based on approved loan terms and internal processes
• Work with internal teams and external partners to help loans move smoothly toward closing and funding
• Review fees, disclosures, and supporting documents to identify discrepancies or missing items
• Manage updates, changes, and re-disclosures in a deadline-driven environment
• Keep multiple files organized while maintaining strong turnaround times
• Communicate clearly and professionally when issues need to be resolved
• Protect quality, compliance, and accuracy while working at a fast pace
• Build judgment and confidence in handling time-sensitive file decisions

You do not need mortgage closing experience for this role. Training is provided. That said, the following backgrounds can translate well:

• Administrative, operations, compliance, or document-heavy roles
• Experience working in fast-paced environments where deadlines and accuracy both matter
• Exposure to systems like Encompass or other workflow platforms is a plus, but not required
