We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and innovative CFO to lead our financial operations in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and business development. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success by driving financial strategy and operations.
Responsibilities
Overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, financial forecasting, cash management, and financial analysis.Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, investors, and auditors.Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company.Evaluating and advising on the financial impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action.Enhancing and/or developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company.Working closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies across all areas of the business.Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO for a publicly traded company.Proven experience in the Manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and requirements.A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and lead a high-performing finance team.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive financial strategy and impact business results.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to a non-financial audience.High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.A bit about us:
