Toyota Financial Services’ Treasury Operations department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Treasury Operations Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the operational support, settlement, and control framework for our $100+ billion debt and $120+ billion derivatives portfolios. You will help safeguard the integrity and security of our global treasury activities while driving efficiency through automation, artificial intelligence, and industry best practices.

Reporting to the National Manager, Treasury Operations, this person will support the department’s objective to provide a robust liquidity and risk management framework that empowers Toyota’s global financial success.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of finance, technology, and strategy, helping ensure treasury operations run smoothly while continuously finding smarter ways to work. Success means being a trusted subject matter expert who strengthens controls, improves processes, and helps the team deliver with accuracy, speed, and confidence. Lead cross-functional initiatives to launch new Treasury and Toyota Financial Savings Bank products, ensuring operational readiness from planning through execution.

Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve scalability, strengthen straight-through processing, and enhance control effectiveness. Review and approve high-value treasury investments, debt issuances, and derivatives, ensuring accurate settlement and reconciliation with global counter parties. Build and maintain strong policies and controls, serving as the primary lead for internal and external audits and supporting SOX and banking compliance. Partner closely with Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and IT teams to enable system enhancements and strategic programs that support evolving business needs.
