Operations Specialist III | Fortune 500 Banking Firm

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist III to join a leading banking organization’s Payment Control Operations Team within the Syndicated and Corporate Lending Group. This is a great opportunity for an organized, analytical professional who can manage high-volume operational activities, research issues, resolve exceptions, and support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyze, research, and resolve operational issues and exceptions within the business unit
• Support and administer established procedures and operational processes
• Perform routine analysis and create reports to support business operations
• Complete exception processing and ensure issues are resolved accurately and on time
• Coordinate the implementation of products, services, and operational solutions
• Assist with designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring new products and services
• Provide guidance to associates regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend practical solutions
• Manage large volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively throughout the resolution process

• Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues promptly
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations
