Operations Specialist III | Fortune 500 Banking Firm
We’re looking for an Operations Specialist III to join a leading banking organization’s Payment Control Operations Team within the Syndicated and Corporate Lending Group. This is a great opportunity for an organized, analytical professional who can manage high-volume operational activities, research issues, resolve exceptions, and support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:- Analyze, research, and resolve operational issues and exceptions within the business unit
- Support and administer established procedures and operational processes
- Perform routine analysis and create reports to support business operations
- Complete exception processing and ensure issues are resolved accurately and on time
- Coordinate the implementation of products, services, and operational solutions
- Assist with designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring new products and services
- Provide guidance to associates regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend practical solutions
- Manage large volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively throughout the resolution process
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues promptly
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations
