This is an entry-level, full-time rotational program at Liberty Mutual Insurance, located in Plano, Texas. What You’ll Actually Do
  • Contribute:
    Use financial insights to solve challenging business problems and bring value to the consumer experience.
  • Rotate:
    Complete three, 18-month rotations across various actuarial disciplines, including reserving, pricing, modelling, and analytics.
  • Experience:

    Gain exposure to both personal and commercial lines of business throughout the rotational assignments.
  • Develop:
    Learn industry practices and build actuarial skills through a dedicated mentoring program and hands-on rotational assignments.
  • Broaden:
    Expand business knowledge through technical training and direct experience in diverse actuarial environments.
The Must-Haves
  • Background:
    Entry-level professional holding or completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience:

    Demonstrated leadership skills through involvement in a student organization, academic project, or community service organization. A passing score on at least one Actuarial Exam is required.
  • Skills:

    Strong analytical reasoning and mathematical concepts, coupled with proven written and interpersonal communication skills. Commitment to achieving the ACAS designation in the Casualty Actuarial Society, along with natural curiosity and a passion for learning.
  • Bonus: A strong academic record with a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA is preferred.
