Need a balance of IT Fincial portfolio management, procurement workflows, contract administration, and vendor-spend oversight.

Managing technology portfolios, project budgets, resources, vendors, and financial controls.

• IT and Digital budget planning
• Project labor, contractor, and professional-services costs
• Onshore/offshore resource analysis
• Cap Ex and OpEx management
• Accruals, prepaid expenses, journal entries, and month-end close
• Purchase orders and vendor spend
• Contract renewals and license audits
• Technology business cases, ROI, and investment analysis
• SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Essbase, and advanced Excel
• IT and Engineering financial support
• Vendor contracts, renewals, and RFPs
• SAP Ariba and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Purchase orders and vendor pricing
• Contract repositories and sourcing support
• Labor and headcount analysis
• Budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and amortization
• Business cases, ROI, and investment analysis
• Technology-project financial modeling
• Reporting automation and process improvement

• Partner with leadership to develop business cases and financial analyses for new initiatives, including ROI and value calculations; track and report results on a quarterly basis.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and A&F to support month-end close, financial forecasting, and budget-planning activities.
• Assist with the month-end close process by preparing and reviewing accruals and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis, including variance explanations, vendor comparisons, cost-savings opportunities, and onshore/offshore resource-mix analysis.
• Support the development and ongoing data quality of the DI Hub project-management tool, which brings financial reporting, resource management, and contract management into a single application.
• Submit and monitor product-team contracts in Ariba, and track related purchase orders, budget spend, and upcoming renewals to support timely processing, compliance, and effective financial management.
• Maintain accurate team rosters and coordinate onboarding requests to support a smooth new-hire experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Two or more years of experience in financial analysis, finance operations, project financial management, or a related role; experience in a technology or product-focused environment is preferred.
• Experience supporting financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Ability to develop business cases and financial models that support investment decisions, new initiatives, and portfolio planning.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify and communicate risks, trends, cost-saving opportunities, vendor comparisons, and resource-mix insights.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, reporting, and budget tracking.
• Experience managing contracts, purchase orders, and renewals; familiarity with procurement systems such as Ariba.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, financial reporting integrity, and process compliance.
