Lending Associate Supervisor

Country Place Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a Lending
Associate Supervisor to help grow our Originations Department. This in-person role is in our Plano, TX office. As a Lending Associate Supervisor, you will collaborate with Loan Officers, Loan Processors, Underwriting, Compliance team and other essential departments. The Lending Associate Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing Lending Associates performing a detailed review of loan documentation. This includes reviewing and analyzing the credit application, credit reports, income documentation, asset documentation and any other loan documentation required to render a credit decision and process the approval.

• Oversee the review and analysis of loan applications, credit reports, income, identification, property, and asset documentation to ensure accurate and compliant credit decisions and condition review.
• Monitor team performance and production metrics to ensure service level expectations, quality standards, and departmental objectives are consistently achieved
• Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to retailers, co-workers, and customers
• Review and streamline processes to ensure optimal efficiency
• Serve as an escalation point for complex loan scenarios
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and career development planning
• Maintain the highest level of service possible for retailers and customers
• Provide unparalleled service, ensuring needs are met in a timely and accurate manner
• Work with internal staff to provide follow-up, counter offers and additional information
• Refer loan requests with recommendations and documentation to underwriters
• Manage review of conditions submitted on approved loans, clears conditions when appropriate and submits to Credit Analyst for review and approval
• Ensure loans adhere to investor guidelines
• Assist Loan Officers by completing service orders and reviewing condition submissions
• Conduct trainings for new employees
• Ability to adjust work and thought process to accommodate multiple investor guidelines

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

• BA/BS degree required in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance or Management
• 1 Year experience in Manufactured Housing Lending

• An equivalent combination of experience, education, and demonstrated performance
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
