The City of Murphy Public Works Department seeks to add a Public Works Supervisor to its dynamic team! As our Public Works Supervisor, under direction of the Public Works Superintendent, you will oversee and coordinate operations and maintenance activities for the water, wastewater, streets, and stormwater divisions. You will schedule and supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient resources utilization. You will also be required to evaluate performance and support professional development of all Public Works employees.

This is a full-time non-exempt position that works a standard schedule of 7:30am-3:30pm and may need to respond to an on-call or emergency callback as needed. This opportunity is non-exempt and budgeted on Pay Grade #33. The pay plan range below is shown to represent opportunities for growth and development within this opportunity. We are seeking to hire between the Min to Mid-range of the pay grade shown dependent upon qualifications.

Min $61,616.53 Mid $73,939.84 Max $86,263.14
