• Esthetic Services: Perform professional facials, peels, and skincare treatments; deliver consistent, results‑driven services using Hiatus protocols and techniques; customize treatments based on each guest’s skin goals; educate guests on long‑term skincare and wellness routines.

  Provide luxury‑level hospitality and customer service; help guests feel relaxed, comfortable, and cared for during every visit; build strong relationships that turn first‑time guests into loyal members.
• Retail & Membership: Recommend professional skincare products and home‑care routines; meet monthly retail and performance goals; promote memberships, enhancements, and additional services; encourage guest referrals and repeat visits.
• Spa Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment room; prepare the room for each guest and restock supplies; assist with spa upkeep including laundry and sanitization of copper foot basins.

• Active Texas Esthetician License or Cosmetology License
• 2 years minimum esthetician experience
• Experience in a spa, luxury spa, or med spa environment preferred
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and guest service
• Strong retail and client relationship skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Evening and weekend availability preferred

• 8‑hour shifts
• Day and evening shifts available
• Weekends as needed
• Flexible scheduling options

Commission, tips, performance bonuses.

Full‑time or Part‑time. Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week.
