We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our Plano, TX team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a dynamic group ofpsychologists, therapists, and registered dietitians in a supportive and professionally enriching environment.

• Conductindividual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participateactively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Demonstratea commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize clientoutcomes.

• Activelicensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State of Texas.
• Master’sdegree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Priorclinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy.
• Thorough understanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ademonstrated passion for working within a client-centered, team-based clinical setting.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued and strongly encouraged to apply.
