Join Oaklin Lane as a Credentialing & Compliance Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring our clinicians and clinics are properly credentialed, enrolled, contracted, and compliant. Oaklin Lane is a modern pediatric therapy organization focused on expanding access to high-quality speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We are building clinics designed around operational clarity, accountability, and strong clinical outcomes.
This is a hybrid role requiring one in‑office day per week at our Plano, Texas office, with the remainder of work performed remotely. This role owns the systems and processes that allow our clinics to operate legally, bill payers correctly, and scale without regulatory risk. This position blends provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and insurance contract maintenance into one accountable role. It is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable owning long‑running, high‑impact processes end to end.

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Own end‑to‑end provider credentialing and re‑credentialing for speech, occupational, and physical therapists across Medicaid and commercial payers
- Prepare, submit, and track all credentialing and payer enrollment applications to completion
- Maintain CAQH profiles, NPI updates, state licensure verification, and required attestations
- Ensure compliance with all payers and governing bodies
- Manage facility and organizational enrollments and track expirations and renewals
- Review and maintain payer contracts under direction from leadership
- Serve as the internal source of truth for credentialing, enrollment, and compliance timelines
- Communicate proactively with payers, providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and prevent delays
- Maintain accurate records and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance workflows
- 3+ years of experience in provider credentialing and payer enrollment (therapy services experience strongly preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of CAQH, NPI management, Medicaid, and commercial payer processes
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple providers and timelines simultaneously
- Proficiency with credentialing systems, payer portals, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Experience with pediatric or multidisciplinary therapy practices
- Familiarity with payer portals (e.g., Availity, Navi Net, TMHP)
- Understanding of insurance reimbursement mechanics and contract terms
