Join Oaklin Lane as a De Novo Coordinator and play a critical role in launching new pediatric therapy clinics from the ground up. Oaklin Lane is a modern pediatric therapy organization focused on expanding access to high-quality speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We are building clinics designed around operational clarity, family experience, and strong clinical outcomes.
This is a hybrid role requiring one in-office day per week at our Plano, Texas office, with the remainder of work performed remotely or on-site at the clinics as needed. The De Novo Coordinator supports new clinic launches by managing purchasing, vendor coordination, and project tracking required to prepare each space for opening. This role is responsible for organizing timelines, ordering equipment and supplies, tracking deliveries, and ensuring launch-related tasks are completed on schedule.
It is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing checklists, vendors, and logistics across multiple projects.

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities- Own and manage end-to-end launch timelines for new clinic openings
- Maintain a comprehensive pre-launch checklist covering licensing, compliance, systems, space readiness, and staffing dependencies
- Coordinate across clinical leadership, operations, finance, credentialing, and hiring to ensure launch requirements are met on time
- Track credentialing, payer enrollment, and regulatory status in partnership with credentialing and billing teams
- Coordinate vendor setup including EMR, phones, internet, equipment, and supplies
- Confirm physical space readiness, including rooms, furniture, signage, and required materials
- Identify risks or delays early and escalated with clear options and recommendations
- Support go-live execution to ensure intake, scheduling, and billing workflows are functional
- Assist with early post-launch stabilization and document lessons learned to improve future openings
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and dependencies simultaneously
- Comfort working cross-functionally and following up persistently to move work forward
High attention to detail with the ability to spot gaps before they become problems - Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, or regulated environments is a plus
