This is a contract-based, flexible-hours role for an experienced Credentialing Specialist. The Credentialing Specialist will manage facility and provider credentialing processes from initiation to approval. Responsibilities include handling new enrollments, re-credentialing, payer follow-ups, maintaining CAQH profiles, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

The role requires strong experience in facility credentialing, home health enrollment, and multi-specialty provider credentialing. Compensation will be paid in USD on a per-approved insurance basis.

• 4–5+ years of proven experience in medical credentialing.
• Strong expertise in Facility Credentialing and Home Health Credentialing.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments.
• Proficiency in CAQH management, revalidations, and group enrollments.
• Strong understanding of payer requirements and compliance standards.
• Excellent follow-up, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage applications from submission through final approval.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and tracking abilities.
• Ability to work independently with flexible hours while meeting deadlines.
