Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Texas
In this LMFT position, you work with individuals and families navigating relationship stress, transitions, and mental health challenges. The role offers a predictable schedule and a structured telehealth environment that supports long‑term client engagement.
Responsibilities- Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Complete clinical assessments and ongoing treatment plans
- Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards
- Apply evidence‑based family systems approaches
- Monitor outcomes and client engagement
- Active Texas LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload
- Strong organizational and clinical reasoning skills
- 2 weeks paid time off
