Who we are:
Clear Sight and all of our surgeons have been helping North Texas and OKC see better without glasses or contacts for 30+ years. As we say: “20/20 or it’s free. That’s the Clear Sight guarantee! And you are going to love what you see!”
Our Core Values are daily guidelines to communicate and serve others; all employees are subject to these core values.
Be Precise:
We don't use industry standards. We do better. We say what we mean and mean what we say.
- We get it right the first time, every time.
Honor Each Person:
We believe that people come first, and profits come second. We cut no corners. Our patients are the most important people in the room, after our team.
Reach for Remarkable:
We find out what hasn't been done, and do it awesome.
- We compete against ourselves, not the other guys. If it can be better, we're already there.
Stay Humble:
We ask what we can do for others before we ask ourselves what we can do for ourselves. The only bad idea is one unshared. We love what we do and have a ton of fun doing it! (By golly, be jolly!)
- Friendly - we work as a team, so you must play well with others!
- Lead and inspire others by example!
- Smart - we cross-train within the team, so you need to be able to learn.

- Confident - we know how much our patients love their new vision!
