Job Summary: Seeking full‑time PT to treat primarily a pelvic health caseload (treating males and females), supplementing the caseload with orthopedic cases as needed. Ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative to build programs and schedules, and collaborates well with a large team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Maintain average patient case load of 10–12
  • Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
  • Interpret assessment/diagnostic data, including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promote continuous quality improvement
  • Instruct and counsel patients/families as needed

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Certified BLS or completion within first 90 days of employment (or as required by state regulations)
