Key Responsibilities
- Requires leading and inspiring the clinic team to perform their best.
- Requires excellent inter‑ and intra‑personal communication skills.
- Requires good computer and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work on their feet all day.
- Must be able to learn quickly and become an expert in running multiple diagnostic devices.
- Must be quick, accurate, and able to take direction and correction.
- Involves quick and precise data entry.
- Must be able to work in a multi‑tasking environment.
- Must work well with others.
- Experience or education in sterile technique is preferred.
- Position is a full‑time schedule, 5 days a week, with possible future rotating Saturdays.
- Prepares surgical rooms, ensures sterile fields, sets up instruments and equipment, and assists surgeons during procedures.
- Provides pre‑operative and post‑operative support to patients with professionalism and care.
- Maintains, cleans, and sterilizes instruments and equipment according to standards and protocols.
- Reviews charts, confirms clearances, and calculates treatments for each surgery patient to support surgical flow.
- Follows all surgical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Assists in time‑sensitive or emergent situations with a calm, level‑headed demeanor.
- Demonstrates availability, punctuality, and flexibility, filling various roles as needed within surgical operations.
- Remains current on relevant surgical practices, policies, and organizational standards.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Communicates effectively with team members, surgeons, and administration to support efficient operations and patient care.
- Travel to other locations for training or meetings as required.
- Adhere to the company’s core values and serve a culture of service.
- Take charge of surgical support tasks and responsibilities with a calm and composed demeanor.
- Delegate or prioritize tasks effectively to meet workflow needs.
- Promote and participate in ongoing education and training.
- Communicate effectively with all team members, surgeons, and providers.
