• Requires leading and inspiring the clinic team to perform their best.

• Must be able to learn quickly and become an expert in running multiple diagnostic devices.
• Must be quick, accurate, and able to take direction and correction.

• Experience or education in sterile technique is preferred.
• Position is a full‑time schedule, 5 days a week, with possible future rotating Saturdays.

• Prepares surgical rooms, ensures sterile fields, sets up instruments and equipment, and assists surgeons during procedures.
• Provides pre‑operative and post‑operative support to patients with professionalism and care.
• Maintains, cleans, and sterilizes instruments and equipment according to standards and protocols.
• Reviews charts, confirms clearances, and calculates treatments for each surgery patient to support surgical flow.
• Follows all surgical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in time‑sensitive or emergent situations with a calm, level‑headed demeanor.
• Demonstrates availability, punctuality, and flexibility, filling various roles as needed within surgical operations.
• Remains current on relevant surgical practices, policies, and organizational standards.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• Communicates effectively with team members, surgeons, and administration to support efficient operations and patient care.

• Travel to other locations for training or meetings as required.
• Adhere to the company’s core values and serve a culture of service.
• Take charge of surgical support tasks and responsibilities with a calm and composed demeanor.
