CSI Pharmacy (CSI) – Pharmacy Scheduler

CSI is a rapidly growing national Specialty Pharmacy. Schedule: 100% On-Site Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Location: Plano, TX

Hourly Pay Range: $24 - $27/hr (DOE)

Responsibilities
  • Audits and maintains active patient fill schedule using Alaya Care, Care Tend and
  • Monitors scheduling changes from nursing supervisors to realign patient fill shipments
  • Works with Pharmacy Scheduling team to adjust fill schedules based on weather and other external factors
  • Organizes assigned workload to facilitate its accomplishment
  • Consistently represents the company in a professional manner
  • Maintains effective working relationship and cooperates with all personnel in the Company
  • Adheres to the Company’s compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual and all other related policies
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of an approved/accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program
  • Knowledge of basic drug terminology, pharmaceutical calculations, drug use and aseptic technique
  • Ability to provide the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication in order to build and maintain the maximum customer base possible
  • Ability to multi-task and frequently change direction
