A healthcare provider is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant in the South Dallas, Balch Springs, and Mesquite Area. Responsibilities include implementing patient care plans, educating patients on safety, and communicating with the care team. Candidates should have an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy, current BSL/CPR certification, and home health experience. Valid Texas driver's license is required, and knowledge of Well Sky EMR software is a plus.
