Live Oak Pharmacy is a trusted independent pharmacy in Plano, Texas, and we’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to take full ownership of our operations. If you know compounding (Sterile and non‑sterile) inside and out and have a proven track record running a pharmacy, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll DoRun and manage all day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, lead and develop pharmacy staff, oversee and perform both non‑sterile and sterile compounding, manage workflow through Pioneer Rx software, and ensure full compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
Requirements- Active Texas Pharmacist License (required — no exceptions)
- Proficiency in Pioneer Rx pharmacy software
- Minimum 2 years of experience in non‑sterile compounding
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sterile compounding
- Recent, verifiable experience as a Pharmacy Manager
- Experience working with Pioneer Rx
