Texas Retina Associates is hiring a Receptionist for their Plano office to provide excellent call center support for physicians and assist with patient scheduling. We're seeking someone with strong customer service skills, a high school diploma, and at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in a medical environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling patient check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, and entering data into our electronic medical record system. Strong computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.
