Mohs & Derm Surgery Scheduler

Lockhart Matter Dermatology, Mohs & Aesthetic Center is seeking an experienced Surgery Scheduler to manage Mohs surgery coordination from referral through post-operative follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Mohs workflow and dermatology pathology terminology, enabling them to guide patients through the surgical process.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to maintain HIPAA compliance while scheduling surgeries and managing documentation. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.
