Medical Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Call patients to schedule a series of appointments
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of the scheduling process
- Proven experience as a medical scheduler
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using scheduling software and electronic medical records
