Russian Speaking Caregiver; Home Care

We are looking for a compassionate, Russian-speaking caregiver to support our Plano/Allen Eastern European Senior adult clients in their homes. • Conversational Russian (required)
• English (basic to conversational)

• Speaks Russian and understands cultural nuances
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (family or professional), preferably in a healthcare setting
• Patient, dependable, and kind-hearted
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• CNA, HHA, or PCA a plus (not required)

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow the client's plan of care to deliver personal care services as assigned
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely from bed to chair, etc.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer culturally respectful, language-matched care
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team or family
• Maintain accurate records of care provided
• Comply with Care Builders at Home policies/procedures
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
• Communicate updates with family and care team
