The Heart Hospital is seeking an experienced PACS/RIS Administrator to support our Radiology and Cardiology imaging environments. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the technical expert responsible for maintaining and optimizing imaging applications that directly support patient care across multiple Dallas-area facilities.

What You'll Do- Administer and support enterprise imaging applications for both Radiology and Cardiology.
- Maintain and optimize PACS, RIS, and imaging workflow applications to ensure maximum system performance and uptime.
- Monitor DICOM image transmission, data integrity, image routing, and workflow accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and imaging application issues.
- Partner with Radiologists, Cardiologists, Imaging Leaders, IT teams, and vendors to improve workflows and resolve technical challenges.
- Support charge reconciliation, procedure code implementation, and reporting needs.
- Provide training and ongoing support for imaging staff and new users.
- Assist with imaging system upgrades, testing, optimization, and implementation of new technologies.
- Monitor application performance, compliance, and operational metrics.
- Participate in after‑hours support and rotating on‑call coverage.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Rotating on‑call coverage required
- Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday support
- Enjoys solving technical problems in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
- Can prioritize multiple requests while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Communicates effectively with clinicians, leadership, IT teams, and vendors.
- Works independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Has strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Takes ownership of imaging system performance and continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of experience administering PACS, RIS, or imaging applications in a healthcare environment
