Multi-site General Manager
Next Care Urgent Care is seeking a dynamic and organized Multi-site General Manager to lead our team in [City or Cities/State]. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the clinic, managing facility resources and staff to ensure we deliver high-quality patient care with optimum efficiency. From financial oversight and staff development to maintaining a therapeutic environment, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the Next Care Commitment to Our Mission.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management: Ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (COLA, standing orders, etc.) and participate in audits.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance. Manage scheduling for receptionists, medical assistants, and radiology technicians to ensure adequate coverage.
Financial Oversight: Manage clinic expenses, revenue, and profit/loss statements. Provide input for annual budgets and monitor scorecards for coding and reimbursement accuracy.
Patient Experience: Address patient concerns promptly using exceptional customer service skills. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive new patient volume.
Clinical Support: Maintain a safe environment and keep clinical skills sharp to provide backup for front or back-office departments as needed.
Growth: Attend regional meetings and participate in professional development to stay ahead of healthcare trends.
Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
Certification: Current healthcare professional-level CPR certification (AHA, ARC, ASHI, or NSC).
Availability: Ability to participate in on-call assignments and manage multiple sites if required.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or other advanced medical/academic degree.
Experience: 3+ years of management experience in a healthcare/medical office environment.
Skills: Strong Human Resources and financial management background; proficient typing and computer skills.
Physical: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift/move up to 40 pounds.
Environment: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting with exposure to various patient illnesses and unpredictable situations.
