Job Summary and QualificationsFull time (Monday - Friday, days), no nights, no on call, no weekends, no holidays.
What you will do in this role:- You will perform timely radiology procedures for follow up evaluation and treatment by attending physician.
- You will properly record patient information and maintain EHR.
- Maintain patient comfort and adhere to proper safety procedures.
- Maintain and improving diagnostic imaging knowledge and x-ray tech skills with support and assistance of outside educational resources.
- You will perform quality control checks/audits on radiologic / x-ray equipment.
- You may assist with general patient care if needed.
- Honor and adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Values statements.
- Must hold a degree from an accredited x-ray program.
- Two years training in an accredited school for Radiology Technology, basic x-ray experience, and trauma work is required.
- Must have a current ARRT and license in accordance to state regulations.
- Tennessee only:
Must be additionally licensed by the state to perform radiologic services in a physician practice or clinic.
