EMS Liaison Paramedic

Texas Health Resources is seeking an EMS Liaison Paramedic to strengthen partnerships between pre-hospital providers and hospital teams. In this role, you'll serve as a clinical and operational resource for EMS agencies, support smooth patient handoffs, coordinate feedback on field care, and assist with protocol alignment. You will help develop and deliver EMS education, participate in community outreach, and monitor quality metrics to improve patient outcomes.

This position works closely with physicians, nursing, and operations leaders to enhance communication, streamline processes, and support a mission-driven, patient-centered care experience.
