Advanced Practice Provider NP​/PA

CVS Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver patient-centered care in a retail health/primary care environment. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostics, and prescribe medications within your scope of practice. You will provide preventive services, vaccinations, and health education while documenting thoroughly in the EHR.
