Join Our Care Team

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers/Helpers to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients in a respectful and professional manner. This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, attentive, and committed to enhancing the comfort, safety, and well-being of those in need of assistance at home.

Position Overview

As a Caregiver/Helper, you will assist clients with daily living activities, light household tasks, companionship, and mobility support based on individual care needs. Assignments may vary from short shifts to ongoing schedules depending on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and grooming (as needed)
  • Prepare meals and assist with light meal planning
  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes, basic cleaning)
  • Support mobility, transfers, and walking assistance
  • Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
  • Assist with errands and transportation (if applicable)
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
  • Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or needs
Qualifications
  • Previous caregiving, home care, or personal assistance experience preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow care instructions and maintain professionalism
  • Reliable transportation (for applicable cases)
Preferred Skills (Not Always Required)
  • Experience working with seniors, dementia, mobility limitations, or post-rehabilitation clients
  • Basic knowledge of safety, fall prevention, and personal care assistance
  • CPR/First Aid certification (a plus)
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
