- Valid and unrestricted Texas Licensed Professional Counselor credential
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Experience providing counseling services to children and adolescents
- School-based or pediatric behavioral health experience preferred
- Conduct student screenings, assessments, and counseling evaluations.
- Provide individual and group counseling based on identified student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized counseling and intervention plans.
- Support students experiencing behavioral, emotional, social, or academic difficulties.
- Provide crisis intervention and assist with safety planning when appropriate.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in ARD/IEP, Section 504, and student-support meetings as assigned.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and FERPA-compliant records.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
