Job Summary:

Emergency Room Nurse in Plano, Texas. This role involves providing emergency care within a fast-paced, 38-bed emergency department that includes trauma bays, burn room, psych room, and vertical treatment area. The position requires a compassionate and flexible healthcare professional dedicated to patient-first care in a high-acuity environment.

• Schedule:
  
  Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Texas Registered Nurse licensure or compact license eligible; BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS certifications; 0 years minimum experience.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  ENPC certification; candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Float:
  None, however may cross‑train for sister facility.
• Additional Information:
  The role involves typical procedures including certified chest pain management, comprehensive stroke care, Level 1 trauma response, and burn care. Candidates must demonstrate an easy-going, flexible attitude with a patient-first philosophy, working within a dynamic emergency department environment.
