Role
Remote STEM Care Advocate
Responsibilities- Conduct telephonic clinical reviews with Providers to ensure members receive effective outpatient care.
- Perform inbound-queue based reviews across commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare behavioral health services.
- Determine coverage alignment and collaborate with providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of outpatient behavioral health services and insurance coverage policies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to perform clinical reviews reliably in a remote setting.
