The Patient Experience Coordinator is the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, and that moment matters more than most. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position based at our Dallas (Perot), TX location. We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in this setting, warmth and composure aren’t just nice to have - they’re part of the care.

This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week, working daytime hours Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. If you’ve been on nights, rotating 12-hour shifts, or on an inconsistent schedule and you’re ready for a schedule that actually works for your life, this is worth a serious look.

Days. Weekdays. About One weekend shift per month and some holiday rotations. That’s it.

The role is based primarily at our Plano, TX location with some weekend coverage approximately every 4-6 weeks at our nearby Plano location.

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions
• Manage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams, prioritizing by urgency
• Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with required forms
• Verify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient charts
• Log all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow
• Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support daily operations
• Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality
• Cover other Patient Services Representative roles during absences as needed

• Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting; healthcare or clinical front desk experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued for this position
• Comfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
• The ability to make patients feel heard and at ease, even when they’re stressed or scared
• Proficiency with EHR systems or a demonstrated ability to learn software quickly
• Familiarity with insurance verification and clinic procedures is a plus; we provide training
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
